PAZUZU'D HAM DIP
By Heather Leah Kennedy
Adapted from a Retch-el Ray recipe.

2/3 pound of sliced deli ham, roughly chopped
1/2 a white onion, cut into large pieces
1 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon hot sauce, or more to taste
2 tablespoons hot Creole mustard
1 8-ounce package cream cheese at room temperature
1 & a half cups grated extra-sharp cheddar cheese
A handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup small pimiento olives, thinly sliced

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients EXCEPT for the olives. Pulse until smooth and thoroughly blended. Remove into bowl and chill until ready to serve.

Top with sliced olives (or fold into dip to increase resemblance to vomit and force olives on your guests), and serve alongside assorted crackers.
